Sterilisation for Foot Care Instruments
When you work in a hospital or clinic as a podiatrist or chiropodist, you often have to use a wide variety of instruments to help your patients. The 22L B-Type Vacuum Autoclave for Podiatry and Chiropody can fit five shelves' worth of instruments at any one time. This includes solid, lumened or porous loads.

Sterilisation is a process that kills all living microorganisms, including bacteria and spores. Sterilisation can occur in a number of ways, but autoclaves use steam-heated sterilisation. In order to achieve sterility, a holding time of at least 15 minutes at 121°C or 3 - 4 minutes at 134°C is required.
