The Rolyan Aquaplast-T Watercolours Silver 1.6mm Splinting Material is a coated thermoplastic splinting material with a controlled stretch that shapes easily. With 100% memory allowing for re-moulding and splint revision, the Aquaplast-T Watercolours Splinting Material can reduce waste for less experienced therapists.

The Rolyan Aquaplast-T Watercolours Splinting Material is available in an array of vibrant colours to encourage paediatric and adult compliance. This particular version is Silver.

Ultra-Thin Material

At just 1.6mm, this product is half the thickness and half the weight of standard 3.2mm splinting material. This makes it easy to cut when cold and ideal for paediatrics, finger splints, hand-based splints and other areas where a lightweight material is called for.

The Rolyan Aquaplast-T Watercolours Silver 1.6mm Splinting Material should be heated for 35 seconds in water at 70° - 75°C for 1 - 2 minutes of working time.

• For a temporary bond, pinch heated surfaces together
• For a permanent bond, remove the coating with spirits or by safely scraping with a sharp instrument

The Plastazote Foam Splinting Material is a foam-based splinting material that provides a close, secure fit. Light yet rigid, this material is better suited to arthritis splints, cervical collars, and shoe orthotics than traditional thermoplastic-based splinting materials.

Splint Pattern Markers (Pack of 12)

Ink from traditional marker pens may run off when exposed to water. This makes them unsuitable for tracing splint patterns on thermoplastics, which need to be immersed in hot water prior to moulding.

Elastic Cord for Dynamic Splinting

The Elastic Cord for Dynamic Splinting is a great alternative to rubber bands for use in dynamic splinting. Softer than rubber bands, this cord slides more easily over outriggers for smoother motion.
