The TED range of anti-embolism stockings are clinically designed to help prevent formation of Deep Vein Thrombosis and promote an increase in blood flow velocity in the legs by compression of the deep venous system. It is important to measure the patients leg size to assure that the appropriate pressure pattern is applied. This product is latex free.

Surgifix E'last.Net Bandage

Surgifix is a soft, white, elastic net bandage knitted from polyester, polyamide and latex yarns. The special construction ensures that it can be stretched without shrinking or distorting and minimises tourniquet effect. It is available in 8 sizes and can be stretched to 25m in length. Ideal for dressing retention on heads, fingers and other awkward sites, Surgifix is particularly useful for dressing retention in chronic wound treatment. It is easy to apply and is highly versatile to fit a broad range of indications. Surgifix is available in a roll format that can be cut to the required size to minimise wastage. The open breathable design facilitates monitoring of the wound site/device and ensures the dressing is held firmly in position, without restricting patient movement. Easy to wash and change compared to standard crepe bandages, Surgifix is a cool, conformable, low-bulk bandage solution.

Tubular bandages serve as padding material under synthetic rigid and support bandages and are intended to protect the skin from the effects of hard cast material. The material must also be such that the skin, which often survives several weeks of treatment harmless. Delta Terry-Net C is made from high quality, stretchy and skin friendly cotton material. It has a perfect fit and provides a high level of comfort for the patient. With Delta Terry-Net C a wrinkle-free application is possible. The tubular bandage is easy and quick to use. Delta Terry-Net C is made of 100% cotton.

Jersey Standard Stockinette 25m

Made from natural cotton, the Jersey Standard Stockinette improves patient comfort when worn under casting materials. The soft and gentle stockinette reduces the risk of skin irritation when worn under synthetic or plaster of Paris casts.

Who Can Use the Jersey Stockinette?

The Jersey Stockinette is designed for use by doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals working with patients who are being fitted with a cast. It is worn under the casting materials to improve patient comfort, and is suitable for use with both synthetic and plaster of Paris casting materials.

Which Stockinette Sizes Are Available?

The roll of casting stockinette is 25 metres in length, which can then be cut down to the length required for each patient. The stockinette is available in a range of widths, which includes the following:

How Comfortable Is the Stockinette?

As the primary aim of the Jersey Standard Stockinette is to improve patient comfort, it has been designed to be incredibly comfortable. It is made from natural cotton to reduce the risk of skin irritation when work against patient skin.

Soffban ECO Synthetic Padding 5cmx2.7m

Soffban® Plus Synthetic Cast Padding is made from a synthetic non-absorbent material that allows moisture to drain away from the skin, reducing the risk of skin maceration and sensitivity.

The padding is easy to tear and apply, and has excellent conformability. The structure of the padding creates a material which is light, deep and stable, with good airflow. The padding is autoclavable and can be sterilised without needing to remove the paper wrapping.

Universal Sling

Polysling is used to provide arm support or to immobilise the shoulder and arm. It is constructed from a strong, non-stretch material with a comfortable padded lining. The brushed nylon outer surface makes it possible to attach touch and close fasteners as required, for maximum support and flexibility of use.

T/Grip Support Band.Natural

Tubigrip is an elasticated tubular support bandage used for the management of strains, sprains, soft tissue injuries, general oedema, or rib cage injuries. The bandage is also used for pressure dressings and arm fixation. Tubigrip is made of 100% cotton and the covered elastic threads are laid into the material to form a continuous spiral. No pins or tape is needed. Natural colour, washable. 10M in length.

Seton Tubigrip Bandage

Tubigrip provides lasting, effective support  and the covered elastic threads within the fabric move to adjust to the contours of the body and distribute pressure evenly over the surface. The bandage stays securely in position without pins or tapes, and can easily be reapplied after washing, without loss of effect. The exact amount of bandage required can cut from the roll to reduce wastage. Tubigrip is available in two shades – natural and beige. 1M in length.

Seton Arthro Pads

Tubigrip Arthro-Pads are constructed from polyurethane foam enclosed in a double layer of Tubigrip – this provides firm support. The combination of Tubigrip and polyurethane foam retains body heat, which can help to relieve pain. Arthro-Pads are quick and easy to apply, making them suitable for outpatient and community use. They are autoclavable for use when sterile application is required, and washable for repeated use. The colour of Tubigrip Arthro-Pads is beige.

Tubifast Bandage Red

The Tubifast™ bandage is a lightweight elasticated tubular bandage with radial and longitudinal stretch, ideal for dressing fixation and skin covering for any part of the body. It can also be used for patch wrapping and as an under-cast stockinette. Quick and easy to use and with less risk of fraying than traditional tubular bandages, just cut to required size – no pins or tape needed. The light, open weave fabric allows air to circulate over the skin, helping to avoid maceration.

Urgo K-Lite Type2 Bandage

K-Lite is a type 2 support bandage. The bandage acts as a base for compression. The fibre construction and 2-way stretch offers a high level of comfort and conformability. The bandage maintains its original position with no slippage and can be used in the treatment of venous leg ulcers,  light support for sprains and strains, and retention bandaging.

Formflex Natural Orthopaedic Undercast Padding is designed to be compatible with both synthetic and non-synthetic casting materials.
