Cutimed Sorbion Sachet Border 10cm X 10cm Box of 120

BSN Medical's Cutimed Sorbion Sachet S Fiber Dressing 7323206 is a fiber dressing that you can wear comfortably with any primary-related wound. The dressing is thick enough to be able to pull away, absorb and lock in exudate from a wound. As it pulls in exudate, the fiber dressing can remove wound debris, take in wound germs inside the inner core and further assists in the wound cleansing phase. The fiber material and border is better able to maintain a moist wound environment as well, promoting better exudate lifting and faster healing time than a standard Band-Aid type cover.

The Sachet S is best used for moderate to high exudating wounds including acute and chronic wounds, pressure ulcers and wounds healing with other types of coverage on them. The Sorbion creates an excellent capacity for wound coverage by being able to absorb and retain a high amount of exudate from the area and uses a gel-like formation for the moist environment. With proper use the fiber dressing can reduce the amount of necrotic (dead) tissue formation and the risk of cross-contamination.

The Sachet S' border will tightly secure against the skin and even works well under compression therapy garments. By sealing in the exudated area, Sorbion will reduce any odors and lower the risk of skin irritation.
