Replacement Nozzle for Bio Bidet BB-1000
The Bio Bidet BB-1000 offers an efficient and sophisticated alternative to purpose-built shower toilets at a fraction of the price, and is the only electronic bidet toilet seat approved for direct connection to the water main in the UK. The Replacement Nozzle is a practical spare part, designed to be used only with the original Bio Bidet BB-1000, that ensures you can make quick repairs of the bidet by yourself at an affordable price.
How to Replace the Nozzle
The Bio Bidet is structured so that you can easily perform small repairs by yourself, and replacing the nozzle shouldn't be a problem. Follow these 10 simple steps:
- Switch off the water heat, disconnect the power supply and the water supply.
- Push the button on the side of the unit to release the Bio Bidet from the installation bracket, and pull the bidet forward over the toilet pan. Make sure the tank is completely empty before continuing.
- Lift the complete unit away from the toilet pan, and remove the deodoriser cartridge.
- Open the unit by unscrewing the two screws at the back of the unit. When the case is open, disconnect the four electrical connectors.
- Cut the cable tie on the nozzle assembly cables and remove connectors from the main PCB wire.
- Open up the groove joint on the bottom casing and push out the nozzle end. Then manually extend the nozzle fully and pull out the nozzle assembly.
- Remove the water inlet tube from the nozzle assembly, using a screwdriver to ease the hose away. Do not cut the tie wrap around the hose.
- Replace with the new nozzle assembly in reverse order and make sure it’s in the correct position and clicked into the groove. Reconnect the connectors.
- Reattach the connectors and refit the cover, taking care not to pinch any wires as you close it. Please make sure that the top and bottom casings are firmly pressed and clicked together before tightening the screws at the back of the case.
- Replace the Bio Bidet on the installation bracket and reconnect the water and power in reverse order to the removal.
