The Plastazote Perforated Foam Splinting Material is a foam-based splinting material that provides a close, secure fit. Light yet rigid, this material is better suited to arthritis splints, cervical collars, and shoe orthotics than traditional thermoplastic-based splinting materials.
This version of the Plastazote Foam Splinting Material is perforated for ventilation, resulting in improved patient comfort and compliance without loss of rigidity.

Heating of the Plastazote Perforated Foam Splinting Material
The Plastazote Splinting Material should be oven heated at 140°C. It should not be used with a heat pan; use either a hot air gun or a hot air oven.
Available Versions of the Plastazote Perforated Foam Splinting Material
The Plastazote Perforated Foam Splinting Material is supplied in a case of five sheets. Each sheet is 12mm thick and measures 100 × 75cm.
