The new BD Venflon Pro peripheral IV cannula with injection port is made from the BD PUR (polyurethane) material.The BD PUR catheter is rigid at room temperature, making a successful puncture easier from the first time.Once in the vein, the catheter becomes flexible, minimizing the risks associated with IV catheterization. In addition, the BD Venflon Pro has a Snap = cap, which makes opening and closing the injection port easier, while remaining protected.
