Super Soft
The Fitness-Mad Aerobic Mat is made from closed-cell EVA foam. This material is highly shock-absorbent, reducing vibrations while you exercise and therefore reducing strain on body parts that come into contact with the mat, such as the feet.
Handy Design
The Fitness-Mad Aerobic Mat is designed for maximum ease of use. In addition to a highly comfortable construction, it comes with rounded corners that are more durable and less likely to split than sharp corners, as well as being easier to handle. A hand hole cut into the mat also helps with moving and carrying.
