How Do You Use the Draw Sheet?
When the WendyLett 2Way Draw Sheet is placed on top of a WendyLett Base Sheet, this makes it easier for you to turn your patient in the direction of the stripes. Please follow the steps below to ensure your client remains safe.
- Fold the edge of the drawsheet
- Grip a good amount of fabric in your hands
- Keeping your arms straight, lean or step backwards to create a sideways sliding transfer
- Carefully turn the user
- After turning, tuck the sides of the 2Way Draw Sheet in under the mattress
