The Coopers Merlin Showerboard is designed to do exactly that. Featuring six slats, it is wider than the standard Merlin Bathboard, meaning it can provide a comfortable seated platform area to assist those who find it difficult to access showers. It can also be used as a seat to allow over-bath showering.
