Sissel Hang Up Inversion Table

Physical activity such as sport, exercise, bending, lifting and long periods of standing increases pressure on the muscles and joints. This leads to compression, rotation fatigue, stiffness and even pain.

The Sissel Hang Up Inversion Table was designed to relieve some of these symptoms. You simply strap into the table and can then propel yourself upside-down. This reduces pressure on the discs in the spinal column and increases blood flow to the upper part of the body. 

The Hang Up Inversion Table can also be used during athletic workouts such as stomach/muscle exercises.
