Steripod™ Saline Irrigation System
Steripod™ normal saline is used for the topical irrigation of traumatic and surgical wounds. It is a sterile solution of 0.9% w/v sodium chloride Ph. Eur. in purified water Ph. Eur., packed in a polyethylene ampoule. It avoids the need for swabs, gallipots, pipettes and syringes, and has a ‘twist off’ top for easy opening.
